The general operating conditions of the Mayarula online store are drawn up in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot), with the recommendations of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry and international e-business codes. The Mayarula online store is an information system designed to present and sell products to the user. It is managed by Mayarula d.o.o. hereinafter the provider. A user is a person who uses our system, i.e. a customer in an online store. When registering in the online store, the visitor obtains a username that is the same as his e-mail address, which he determines in his profile, and a password. The user name and password unambiguously determine and associate the user with the filled-in data. After registration, the visitor becomes a user and acquires the right to purchase. The general terms and conditions deal with the operation of the Mayarula online store, the user’s rights and the business relationship between the provider and the customer.

By using the Mayarula online store, the user agrees to be familiar with the general business conditions and to fully agree with them. By submitting an order in any form, you are deemed to fully accept these general terms and conditions.

III. Purchasing process

When placing an order, in addition to specifying the name, surname, place of delivery, it is also mandatory to specify the e-mail and telephone number, which are necessary for communication and monitoring of the status of the order, as well as subsequent delivery.   1. Selection of articles: in the online store, you first select the desired article or several of them and the quantity of the article. Before clicking the button to complete the order, you still have the option to check the information about the item, change the quantity of the item and delete the item.
    Acceptance of the order: after placing the order, the buyer receives a notification by e-mail that the order has been accepted.
    Order confirmed: if the buyer does not cancel the order (the order can be canceled until the order is processed), the order goes into further processing, when the provider reviews the order, checks the availability of the ordered items and confirms the order or rejects it with a reason. The provider can call the customer on his contact phone number to check the data or ensure the accuracy of the delivery. Via e-mail, the provider informs the buyer about up-to-date information regarding the delivery of goods. If the delivery time is very long and the buyer does not want to wait, the buyer can notify the provider, who will remove the item from the order and return any funds already paid to the buyer, and deliver the other items from the order at the buyer’s choice, or cancel the entire order. The provider does not assume any responsibility for damage caused by longer delivery times or non-delivery of goods that the provider does not have in stock in its own warehouse.
    Shipment of goods: If the goods are in stock, the provider prepares and ships the goods, as a rule, within 2-3 working days from the confirmation of the order and informs the buyer about this by e-mail. in case of delay or complaints, the provider is obliged to explain to the customer the complaint procedure.

IV. Payment options

In the Mayarula online store, the provider offers the following payment methods:

– Payment with cards via the Stripe payment system.

The provider issues an invoice to the customer.
The purchase contract (order) is stored in electronic form on the provider’s server and is accessible to the customer at any time in his user profile (My profile).

V. Validity of the offer


The listed prices in the online store are irrevocable and only valid when ordering via the Internet, so there may be price differences for some products in the online store and other stores in Slovenia. The prices are valid in the case of payment with the above-mentioned payment methods, under the above-mentioned conditions. All prices include VAT, unless explicitly stated otherwise. Delivery time

Delivery times are expressed in the number of working days, namely 3 days from the order.

In such a case, the provider will inform the customer about the changes and enable him to cancel the order or replace the ordered product. Complaints and disputes

In accordance with legal norms, we do not recognize any provider of out-of-court resolution of consumer disputes as competent to resolve a consumer dispute that a consumer could initiate in accordance with the Act on Out-of-Court Resolution of Consumer Disputes.
