The Mayarula online store is an information system designed to present and sell products to the user. It is managed by Mayarula d.o.o. hereinafter the provider. A user is a person who uses our system, i.e. a customer in an online store. When registering in the online store, the visitor obtains a username that is the same as his e-mail address, which he determines in his profile, and a password. The user name and password unambiguously determine and associate the user with the filled-in data. After registration, the visitor becomes a user and acquires the right to purchase. The general terms and conditions deal with the operation of the Mayarula online store, the user\u2019s rights and the business relationship between the provider and the customer.<\/p><p><strong>I. By submitting an order in any form, you are deemed to fully accept these general terms and conditions.<\/p><p>Availability of information. The company undertakes to always provide the customer with the following information:<\/p><p>\u2013 company identity (company name and registered office, register number)<br \/>\u2013 contact information that allows the user to communicate quickly and efficiently (e-mail, address)<br \/>\u2013 essential characteristics of goods or services<br \/>\u2013 product availability (every product or service offered on the website should be available within a reasonable time)<br \/>\u2013 conditions of product delivery or service performance (method, place and deadline of delivery)<br \/>\u2013 all prices must be clearly and unequivocally determined and must clearly show whether they already include taxes and delivery costs)<br \/>\u2013 method of payment and delivery<br \/>\u2013 explanation of the complaint procedure, including all information about the contact person or customer service department.<\/p><strong>III. Purchasing process<br \/><\/strong><p>The order in the mayarula.si online store is submitted via a form. When placing an order, in addition to specifying the name, surname, place of delivery, it is also mandatory to specify the e-mail and telephone number, which are necessary for communication and monitoring of the status of the order, as well as subsequent delivery. Before clicking the button to complete the order, you still have the option to check the information about the item, change the quantity of the item and delete the item.<br \/>Acceptance of the order: after placing the order, the buyer receives a notification by e-mail that the order has been accepted.<br \/>Order confirmed: if the buyer does not cancel the order (the order can be canceled until the order is processed), the order goes into further processing, when the provider reviews the order, checks the availability of the ordered items and confirms the order or rejects it with a reason. The provider can call the customer on his contact phone number to check the data or ensure the accuracy of the delivery. Via e-mail, the provider informs the buyer about up-to-date information regarding the delivery of goods. If the delivery time is very long and the buyer does not want to wait, the buyer can notify the provider, who will remove the item from the order and return any funds already paid to the buyer, and deliver the other items from the order at the buyer\u2019s choice, or cancel the entire order. The provider does not assume any responsibility for damage caused by longer delivery times or non-delivery of goods that the provider does not have in stock in its own warehouse.<br \/>Shipment of goods: If the goods are in stock, the provider prepares and ships the goods, as a rule, within 2-3 working days from the confirmation of the order and informs the buyer about this by e-mail. in case of delay or complaints, the provider is obliged to explain to the customer the complaint procedure.<\/li><\/ol><p><strong>IV.
