The Intensive Antioxidant Cream has a very rich formulation that helps your skin fight against ageing. It deeply moisturises and regenerates mature, dry skin.

It consists of a blend of marula, argan, macadamia, wheat germ, pomegranate, and sea buckthorn natural oils. Natural oils have a nourishing effect on mature skin and contribute to its regeneration. Phytosterols are included to help restore skin’s barrier function. Immortelle, rose and lavender hydrolates and the moisturising ingredients Na lactate, allantoin and vegeluron – a gel based on mushroom polysaccharides – are added to this blend. The plant extracts used (pomegranate extract and seaweed extract) have a rejuvenating and antioxidant effect. Seaweed extract also stimulates collagen synthesis and improves skin elasticity, reducing the appearance of wrinkles. Also included is bisabolol – it has a soothing effect on your skin. In addition, the cream also contains a wide selection of antioxidants (vitamin C, vitamin E, gamma-oryzanol and coenzyme Q10). Regenerative essential oils are also added. Immortelle dominates, which combines beautifully with the fruity-nutty nuances of the natural oils used, floral scent of lavender and balsamic of boswellia.

Apply a small amount of cream to the face, neck and décolleté, twice a day if needed. Ideally use after cleanser and toner. The cream is quickly absorbed into the skin and leaves a soft, silky and nourished feeling. The Intensive Antioxidant Cream can also be used as a face mask, in which you apply a generous amount to your face before going to bed and leave it on overnight.

  • Marula Oil – Marula is a tall African tree. The fruits contain the seeds from which the oil is extracted. It is a stable oil with high oleic acid content. It also contains many phytosterols and vitamin E. Traditionally it is used for the care of dry, cracked skin and is also ideal for mature skin. As an emollient, it increases skin moisture as it decreases transepidermal water loss and reduces the redness of the skin.
  • Argan Oil – Argan is a tree from the southwestern areas of Morocco. The oil is obtained from the seeds of its fruit. It is an excellent rejuvenating oil, rich in oleic and linoleic acid as well as vitamin E, phytosterol compounds and squalene. It is very suitable for dry skin care as it has been proven that it improves the skin moisture. It is quickly absorbed into the skin.
  • Macadamia Oil – Macadamia seeds contain plenty of oil and macadamia oil is one of the natural oils that contains a high content of palmitoleic acid. It is recommended for the care of dry, cracked and sensitive skin.
  • Wheat germ oil contains a lot of tocopherols, which makes it one of the richest sources of vitamin E. It also has a lot of phytosterols. This oil is considered the first choice for the care of dry, mature and inflamed skin with damaged lipid barrier function. The regenerative function of the oil contributes to linoleic acid and phytosterols, which, with vitamin E, also have antioxidant function.
  • Pomegranate oil-The yellow-red pomegranate fruits have plenty of seeds from which the oil is extracted. Due to its regenerative effect, it is a very good choice for the care of mature skin. The oil has antioxidant, photoprotective and anti-inflammatory properties. It accelerates the repair of damaged skin (from ultraviolet radiation). I included it in the form of a CO2 extract, which is a more concentrated variant.
  • Sea Buckthorn Oil – Sea buckthorn is a shrub with egg-shaped orange fruits. I used the oil in the form of CO2 extract from the pericarp of the sea buckthorn. Due to its exceptional beta-carotene representation, the oil is of an intense orange colour with a distinct fruity scent. This oil is credited with antioxidant, anti-inflammatory and regenerative action. It is especially recommended for the care of mature skin, as it is believed to promote cell and skin renewal, which is often exposed to sunlight.
  • Coconut-caprylate is a widespread moisturiser that represents a natural alternative to silicone. It is of natural origin, obtained from coconut oil. It leaves a silky, soft and non-greasy sensation on the skin and increases the lubricity of emulsions.
  • Vitamin C – ascorbic acid is a water-soluble antioxidant found in the skin. Together with vitamin E, it prevents the oxidation of membrane lipids. In cosmetics, it is used as an anti-inflammatory agent and to promote the synthesis of collagen. The latter is namely the main component of connective tissue and ceramides, which are an important component of the lipid barrier. Due to chemical instability, a more stable semi-synthesis derivative such as ascorbyl palmitate is used. Ascorbyl palmitate is soluble in lipids and penetrates deeper into the corneal layer of the skin, where lipases break down it to physiologically active ascorbic acid.
  • Macadamia and Soybean Phytosterols – Phytosterols contribute to the restoration of barrier function. They have a nourishing and emollient effect on the skin, which makes them suitable for mature skin.  They also have an anti-inflammatory and soothing effect on the skin.
  • Gamma oryzanol – It is obtained from rice bran and rice oil. It stimulates the activity of sebaceous glands in the skin, while strengthening its barrier function, therefore, it is used for the care of dry and mature lipid-deficient skin. In addition, it is a very good antioxidant and can be combined with other lipophilic antioxidants such as tocopherol (vitamin E) and ascorbyl palmitate.
  • Coenzyme Q10 – This cosmetic ingredient is an outstanding antioxidant. Coenzyme Q10 protects cell membranes from harmful radicals and from premature aging. It activates cell metabolism and is suitable for mature skin. In addition to its antioxidant activity, it also has a regenerative effect. It limits the degradation of skin collagen, promotes healthy cell growth and reduces the depth of wrinkles.
  • Hydrosols of Immortelle, roses and lavender are suitable for mature skin.
  • Sodium lactate is the sodium lactic acid salt produced by the fermentation of sugar. It is a component of the natural moisturising factor. It is a powerful and effective moisturiser.
  • Allantoin is an organic moisturiser. It acts as a moisturiser by increasing the hygroscopicity of the cells, and as a keratoplastic (by softening the corneal layer of the skin) and also has healing effects.
  • Vegeluron is a plant-based gel based on mushroom polysaccharides. It has a super moisturising effect and is a great substitute for hyaluronic acid. On the skin, it leaves a lightweight protective film that retains moisture and creates a silky feeling.
  • Pomegranate Extract is a glycerol pomegranate pulp extract. It has an antioxidant action based on the effects of flavonoids, making it ideal for protecting the skin from oxidative stress. It is also a good moisturiser (presence of glycerine).
  • Seaweed extract is an extract of the ocean seaweed Cylindrotheca Fusiformis. These algae are grown in a purpose-built, pollution-free environment. The extract works as an active anti-wrinkle agent that strongly promotes the formation of structural skin proteins. It has been proven to stimulate cell division and increase collagen synthesis. The final effect is to reduce the appearance of wrinkles, improve skin elasticity and its moistness.
  • Vitamin E – is a natural tocopherol that is obtained through isolation from natural oils. I added it to the products because of its antioxidant properties that it has on the skin (it nourishes the skin, helps to retain moisture in the skin or reduces water loss, promotes cellular regeneration and increases skin elasticity), while also acting as an antioxidant for all natural oils in the product. It is therefore a cosmetically active ingredient that focuses on antioxidant and restorative function, which is consistent with the purpose of nourishing mature and dry skin.
  • Bisabolol has a proven anti-inflammatory effect. It has also been found that it accelerates the penetration of other substances into the skin. Its soothing effect alleviates the symptoms of itching or tenderness, which are the results of dry skin.
  • Rosemary CO2 Extract – This is an extract made by supercritical carbon dioxide extraction. In addition to its excellent antioxidant properties, it has anti-inflammatory and antimicrobial, as well as rejuvenating properties. It helps to increase the antioxidant properties of the product and prevents oil from going rancid.
  • The essential oils of Immortelle, lavender and Boswellia are intended for the care of dry and mature skin.
