In this organic beauty set, there are two skin care products for around the eyes, which complement each other perfectly and offer a real luxurious care.

 

First, gently massage the Peptide Eye Serum into the skin around the eyes. Peptide Eye Serum is a light moisturising emulsion that intensely moisturises the skin, invigorates it and reduces the appearance of dark circles. Results seen in around four weeks’ time.

 

Thanks to numerous plant extracts and peptides, it also provides excellent restorative care and helps to rejuvenate. It is suitable for all skin types but dry and mature skin will be especially happy. Essential oils of immortelle, sandalwood and Roman chamomile provide a pleasant scent. After application, the skin is soft, silky and feels moisturised for a long time.

 

Follow with Antioxidant under-eye balm. All ingredients in it are carefully selected for the sensitive area around the eyes and are focused on mature skin care. With their exceptional regenerating properties and antioxidant action, they deeply nourish and moisturise the skin. The result is revitalisation and rejuvenation of the skin around the eyes. The balm has a characteristic scent of green tea leaves, which is nicely complemented by the hay scent of immortelle and other essential oils. The feeling after application is non-greasy, soft and extremely nourishing.

 

With the combined use of both products, the skin around the eyes is especially moisturised and nourished throughout the day. The appearance of dark circles is also noticeably reduced in around four weeks’ time.

First, dispense a drop of the Peptide eye serum on your fingertip and gently apply around the eyes. Be careful not to get the product into your eyes! The texture of the serum enables a smooth application. The feeling during the application is fresh, light and nurturing. Afterwards, the skin feels soft, silky and nourished.

Secondly, gently apply a small amount of the Antioxidant under-eye balm around the eye area with the pad of your finger. At touch, the balm melts slightly which enables the appropriate amount of it to be applied to the finger. The feeling after application is non-greasy, soft and extremely nourishing.

  • Wax from the Chinese lacquer tree is a natural wax extracted from the fruits of this tree. The wax is a natural emollient and occlusive. In emulsion systems it is usually used as a thickener and as a component of decorative cosmetics. Since it is considered a soft wax, I combined it with harder carnauba wax within the balm.
  • Carnauba wax is a wax obtained from the leaves of the Brazilian carnauba tree (Copernica cerifera). It is known as the hardest natural wax.
  • Cocoa butter is obtained from cocoa seeds. It is classified as a well-persistent natural butter. Cocoa butter is recommended for the care of dry skin. After application, the skin becomes pleasantly soft and supple.
  • Marula Oil – Marula is a tall African tree. The fruits contain the seeds from which the oil is extracted. It is a stable oil with high oleic acid content. It also contains many phytosterols and vitamin E. Traditionally it is used for the care of dry, cracked skin and is also ideal for mature skin. As an emollient, it increases skin moisture as it decreases transepidermal water loss and reduces the redness of the skin.
  • Argan Oil – Argan is a tree from the southwestern areas of Morocco. The oil is obtained from the seeds of its fruit. It is an excellent rejuvenating oil, rich in oleic and linoleic acid as well as vitamin E, phytosterol compounds and squalene. It is very suitable for dry skin care as it has been proven that it improves the skin moisture. It is quickly absorbed into the skin.
  • Squalane is an herbal ingredient derived from olive oil. It absorbs perfectly into the skin and helps maintain skin’s moisture as an occlusive. It makes the skin soft and gives a pleasant silky feeling after application.
  • Avocado oil is a stable oil, extracted from avocado’s pericarp. It has a high content of phytosterols. Its emollient effects are considered especially welcome in the care of dry skin that lacks moisture. It is also believed to help increase collagen production.
  • Strawberry seed oil is one of the active oils with a high content of unsaturated fatty acids (alpha-linolenic acid). It is an excellent antioxidant and is well absorbed into the skin. Recommended for the care of mature, dry and damaged skin.
  • Avocadine contains avocado oil, olive oil and unsaponifiable substances of avocado oil, especially phytosterols. It is an exceptional ingredient that restores the skin intensively and moisturises it. It also returns the elasticity and reduces the irritation, so it is suitable for the care of dry, even damaged skin.
  • Coenzyme Q10 (oil solution) – This cosmetic ingredient is an outstanding antioxidant. Coenzyme Q10 protects cell membranes from harmful radicals and from premature aging. It activates cell metabolism and is suitable for mature skin. In addition to its antioxidant activity, it also has a regenerative effect. It limits the degradation of skin collagen, promotes healthy cell growth and reduces the depth of wrinkles
  • Carrot CO2 extract is a carrot extract in jojoba oil. Beta-carotene-dominated carrot extract can be used as an antioxidant to protect the skin from oxidative stress. It improves skin moisture and elasticity and promotes the synthesis of sebum lipids, making it suitable for the care of dry, mature and tired skin.
  • Green tea CO2 extract is green tea leaf wax obtained through an advanced CO2 extraction process. The extract has antioxidant and emollient function, retains moisture and helps with damaged barrier function.
  • Vitamin E – is a natural tocopherol that is obtained through isolation from natural oils. I added it to the products because of its antioxidant properties that it has on the skin (it nourishes the skin, helps to retain moisture in the skin or reduces water loss, promotes cellular regeneration and increases skin elasticity), while also acting as an antioxidant for all natural oils in the product. It is therefore a cosmetically active ingredient that focuses on antioxidant and restorative function, which is consistent with the purpose of nourishing mature and dry skin.
  • Rosemary CO2 Extract – This is an extract made by supercritical carbon dioxide extraction. In addition to its excellent antioxidant properties, it has anti-inflammatory and antimicrobial, as well as rejuvenating properties. It helps to increase the antioxidant properties of the product and prevents oil from going rancid.
  • Essential oil of Immortelle, sweet orange, geranium and of carrot seeds express a regenerative function on the skin. Carrot essential oil also revitalises and tones the skin.
